My order is damaged. What should I do?

Will you include an invoice with my parcel?
Yes, we add an invoice with every parcel. However, if you would like you can leave a note with your order that you would like to receive an invoice only via email. You can do it when you place your order.
What are your delivery options?
All our orders are delivered by Royal Mail
or their partners in other countries.
Please note that on some occasions, deliveries may be outside the times indicated below due to unforeseen circumstances.
